We have worked with Junction PC for one year now. We were frustrated with the IT help we’ve had over the previous 5 years or so and were looking for a company that would be more responsive, more professional and, most importantly, more knowledgeable to help us grow our business. We were looking for a partner who would grow right along with us. I believe we found what we were looking for in Junction PC. Frank is our main point of contact and we have found him (and Junction PC as a whole) to be all of the above. They work with us and are fair in our dealings back and forth. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for IT support, ongoing preventive maintenance and for ideas and suggestions on ways to make their technical/electronic work life run more efficiently going forward. The world of computers can certainly be unpredictable at times, and it’s good to know  that you have a place to turn to when needed.
