Precision Premier

Our PRECISION Premier plan extends off of our basic plan. With this plan, if something goes wrong with your server, it is on us to get the server restored to a functioning condition. Includes free onsite support for servers and firewalls and routers, as well as loaner equipment for Servers. Any support for workstations outside routine maintenance and monitoring is taken off a block of time. Includes our Reflection backup solution.
