Our rigorous monitoring and maintenance plan will patch daily for AntiVirus, AntiSpyware, patch Windows Servers and workstations and check backups. In addition to our monitoring and patching you get access to our live service desk for remote support over the phone and Internet. Any work outside from routine maintenance or monitoring is taken from a retainer. This plan is ideal for small companies who want to ensure their network is current with Windows patches, AntiVirus and Spyware updates and their backups are running properly. 

 PRECISION Basic is a great introduction into our managed service offerings.

Our PRECISION Premier plan extends off of our basic plan. With this plan, if something goes wrong with your server, it is on us to get the server restored to a functioning condition. Includes free onsite support for servers and firewalls and routers, as well as loaner equipment for Servers.
