Our PRECISION Basic plan covers all routine maintenance and monitoring that you would normally get each month, except it is provided on a daily basis. Our rigorous monitoring and maintenance plan will patch daily for AntiVirus, AntiSpyware, patch Windows Servers and workstations, and manage backups. In addition to our monitoring and patching you get access to our live service desk for remote support over the phone or internet. Any work outside from routine maintenance or monitoring is taken from a retainer. This plan is ideal for small companies who want to ensure their network is current with Windows patches, AntiVirus and Spyware updates and their backups are running properly. 

 PRECISION Basic is a great introduction into our managed service offerings.

Our PRECISION Premier plan extends off of our basic plan. With this plan, if something goes wrong with your server it is our responsibility to get the server restored to functional condition.  This plan Includes free onsite support for servers and firewalls and routers, as well as loaner equipment for Servers, should the need arise.  Our PRECISION Ultimate plan includes all of the services included in our Premier Plan, and also extends unlimited support to the workstations, and unlimited support for servers, firewalls/routers.
